What are the different Program options that Jenny Craig offers?

Jenny Craig offers a comprehensive Food/Body/Mind Program. We deliver the Program in two ways – either in your Local Centre, or at home with Jenny Direct. No matter which option you select, our trained Consultants will customize the Program to meet your needs. Back to Top
Q.
What if I don't want to go to a Local Centre … or there's not one in my area
A.

Our Jenny Direct at-home Program allows you to participate in the Jenny Craig Program from the convenience of your own home. You enjoy weekly phone "meetings" with your trained Consultant, and order your Jenny's Cuisine in at least two-week increments. Many clients prefer to order their food in four-week increments (plus the cost of shipping).

How much does Jenny Craig cost?
A.

The cost of Jenny Craig depends on several things – which plan you choose, which menu items you select, and so on. We have a short term plan and longer term plans, so you can choose the option that is right for you!

And as one client told us: "You know what would really cost a lot? Having a nutritionist, a personal exercise trainer, a chef, and a lifestyle coach! For me, Jenny Craig was the inexpensive way of getting the Program and coaching I needed."

Do you have a Maintenance Program?

At Jenny Craig our goal is to help you learn not only how to lose weight, but how to effectively maintain your weight loss as well. The maintenance component of our Platinum or Rewards Membership helps transition you from Jenny's Cuisine to planning your own menus. During maintenance consultations, you are guided through the Maintenance Mastery Manual to help you "master" the skills essential for long-term success.

Do you have an Adolescent Program?
A.

The Jenny Craig Program is available to adolescents 13-17 years old, with their parent's written permission, and without health conditions and/or taking medications. The Program includes weekly one-on-one consultations, weekly menus and Program materials.

Q.
Can I do the Program if I'm breastfeeding?
A.

Absolutely. Nursing mothers follow a modified calorie level based on the child's age and frequency of breastfeeding. In some cases, doctor approval is required. In the United States, breastfeeding mothers will need to get their doctor to recommend a vitamin supplement, as Jenny Craig supplements will not meet their needs.

Can I do the Program if I travel a lot?
A.

Yes, Jenny Craig offers a full line of shelf-stable, microwavable selections such as Turkey Chili and Chicken Pasta Parmesan. Throw in our other portable items like Honey Oat Bar, Chicken and Tuna Kits and Trail Mix, and you have everything you need for a Program on-the-go. For your convenience, all of our travel-friendly foods are indicated in the Menu Planner with a suitcase icon.

Additionally, with the Jenny Direct option, you can have your consultations over the phone, whether you are at home, at the office, or travelling. Your food is shipped to wherever you will be (plus the cost of shipping).

Yes. Current client memberships are transferable back and forth.
