Who Are We Looking For?

Clients age 21 or older, who:

  • Are at goal weight or close to it
  • Who have lost 20 or more pounds
  • Are articulate and enthusiastic about the Jenny Craig Program
  • Are able to show and provide "before" and "after" pictures

Here's What You Need To Do:

Just follow the simple steps below:

  1. All participants must complete a "Submission form". To read and print the "Submission form", click here.
  2. All participants must complete a "Release of Name and Likeness" form. To read and print the "Release of Name and Likeness" form, click here. Complete and sign the "Release of Name and Likeness" form and set it aside; you'll need it for the last step.
  3. All Participants need to write a "Dear Jenny" letter about your motivation to join Jenny Craig, your weight loss accomplishment, and the new you. Be sure to include the amount of weight you lost on the program, what you enjoy about the program and the key motivator to your success, such as your general health, children or one of our celebrity clients.
  4. Please include "before" and "after" photos of yourself. We are looking for full-body shots, photos in which you are alone. If you are not alone, please have the others in the picture sign the "Release of Name and Likeness" form. Please note your name and phone number – along with the date of the photos and approximate weight on the back of the photos. Prints or scanned pictures are OK to be sent on a disk/CD.
  5. Lastly, collect the completed "Submission form", the completed "Release of Name and Likeness" form, your "Dear Jenny" letter, and before/after photos and mail everything to the address below. Your photos will become the property of Jenny Craig and will not be returned.
