Week 12 05/31/2007
I’m Shrinking!
So I’m back in LA and met with Kathy (consultant) this morning. I lost another 1.4 pounds* for a total of 22* – woohoo! But I also lost 4.75 total inches this month*!!!!! A true testament to the importance of the activity component to the program. I walk almost every day and have resistance training two times a week…looks like I won’t be giving that up anytime soon!
Tom’s (my boyfriend’s) weigh-in went great, too. He’s three pounds away from his goal*, I think. Must be nice!
Seriously, this was a great week for me. I ate out effortlessly, lost two bathing suit sizes* and I got to spend some quality time with my family.
